our message
The challenges you’ve encountered in life may have led you away from who you truly are and who you want to be, but it’s never too late to find your way back. Living a meaningful and fulfilling life can require reflection on your past experiences and decisions, and what really matters now, then applying your hard-earned wisdom to your future. Partnering with the right therapist - one who provides comfort and safety - can make all the difference. The answers are all within you, and the power to change your life is in your hands, you just need to take that first step.
Oftentimes, difficult experiences create difficult emotions that we don’t want to deal with. It’s been said that healing begins when “pain has a witness.” A therapist can be that witness you need to process, comprehend and express your thoughts and feelings. This process can provide you with the clarity necessary for growth and thriving.
It would be my privilege to walk beside you and help empower you on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. - Jodi Dancer, LCSW
